The batch of slewing bearings exported to Russia features an internally Geared cross-roller structure with an outer diameter of 1500mm, and will be used in port heavy-duty ship equipment, specifically crane lifting equipment. Although the product structure itself is not a complex process for Hengguan Bearing, the complete Russian Register of Shipping certification process is extremely rigorous and complex. Excitingly, from material incoming inspection and heat treatment process evaluation to non-destructive testing and precision verification, all certification stages were passed with full marks on the first attempt. The Russian representatives gave a high evaluation of the product quality and control system, with "zero corrective actions" required.
