The Single Row Cross Roller Slewing Bearing - 797 Series represents a proven engineering solution for heavy-duty rotational applications requiring exceptional load capacity and structural rigidity. Manufactured from 42CrMo integral forged steel with comprehensive quenching treatment, this external gear slewing ring delivers axial load capacity, radial load capacity, and high tilting moment resistance in a compact design. The 797 Series includes models such as 1797/3230, 2797/1010G2, and 797/1600G, engineered specifically for bucket wheel stacker reclaimer slewing bearings, marine crane slewing bearings, and port crane rotary bearing systems. With precision external gear machining and multi-layer sealing systems, these heavy load cross roller slewing rings provide direct 1:1 replacement compatibility with mainstream international brands.
Technical Structure and Operating Principle
The products employs a single raceway design where cylindrical rollers are positioned perpendicular to each other at 90-degree intervals. This crossed arrangement allows alternating rollers to handle axial and radial forces simultaneously, providing 3-4 times higher rigidity compared to ball-type slewing bearings. The outer gear turntable bearing configuration positions teeth on the external circumference, enabling direct drive from pinion gears while maintaining a compact footprint.
The 42CrMo integral forging construction undergoes overall quenching heat treatment, achieving raceway hardness of HRC 58-64. This process ensures high wear resistance, anti-fatigue properties, and extended service life under continuous heavy load conditions. The precision external gear machining guarantees smooth meshing with drive pinions, reducing clearance and improving positioning accuracy critical for heavy crane slew ring and steel plant turntable bearing applications.
The multi-layer heavy-duty sealing system incorporates dust-proof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant barriers, making this no inner gear slew bearing suitable for harsh outdoor environments, including offshore crane slew rings and bulk material stacker slewing rings exposed to saltwater, dust, and chemical contaminants.
