Installation Guide

1. Preparation

Clean mounting surfaces on both stationary and pivoting structures. Remove burrs, paint, or scale that may cause uneven load distribution.

2.Bolt Gap Alignment

Use arrangement pins or dances to guarantee concentric arrangement. Misalignment will actuate uneven push and diminish bearing life.

3. Bolt Tightening Sequence

Tighten mounting bolts in a star pattern according to the torque values specified in the bearing datasheet. Re-torque after 100 working hours.

4.Gear Mesh Adjustment

Adjust the pinion position to achieve 50–70% tooth contact width and proper backlash (typically 0.2–0.5 mm, depending on gear module). Use feeler gauges and gear marking compound for inspection.

5. Lubrication

Fill the grease fittings with lithium-based NLGI Grade 2 grease. Rotate the bearing several times to distribute grease evenly before full-load operation.
