Material Selection and Heat Treatment Process

The inner and outer rings are forged from 50Mn or 42CrMo alloy structural steel. Integral forging produces a dense grain structure. This ensures high tensile strength and impact resistance across the bearing's full cross-section.

Raceways undergo medium-frequency induction hardening. After hardening, we precision-grind each raceway to achieve surface hardness between HRC 52 and 58. This hardness range provides excellent wear resistance and prevents spalling under cyclical loading. Even when subjected to shock loads during rock breaking or heavy lifting, the raceways maintain dimensional stability and resist crack initiation.

Most of our Komatsu Excavator slewing bearing units feature internal gearing as standard. We also offer external gear configurations when your drive system requires it.

Manufacturing Capabilities and Quality Control

We produce slewing bearings with diameters ranging from 50 mm to 10,000 mm. Our facility operates CNC vertical lathes, CNC quenching machines, CNC gear shapers, machining centers, grinding machines, and large gear hobbing equipment. This allows us to control every production stage in-house.

Depending on the needs of your application, we maintain precision grades ranging from P0 to P4. All of our goods adhere to RoHS regulations, and our quality system is ISO9001 certified. Before shipment, we employ life testing equipment, vibration testers, and coordinate measuring devices to confirm rotational torque, raceway hardness, and dimensional accuracy.
