Slewing Bearings

Slewing bearings—also known as turntable bearings—typically fall into the category of large-scale bearings. Characterized by their substantial dimensions, high precision, and compact structure, they are frequently deployed in low-speed, heavy-load operating environments, where they are capable of simultaneously withstanding axial, radial, and overturning moment loads.

Luoyang Hengguan Bearing specializes in the design and manufacture of slewing bearings/turntable bearings with outer diameters ranging from 0.2 to 10 meters. Additionally, the company produces a diverse range of high-precision bearings, large-scale thrust ball bearings, and non-standard mechanical components. Our products span four precision grades—P0, P6, P5, and P4—and encompass various structural types, including single-row four-point contact ball, crossed cylindrical roller, three-row cylindrical roller, double-row ball, combined ball-and-roller, thin-section flanged, and large-scale thrust ball configurations.

Our products are widely utilized across numerous sectors, including new energy, medical equipment, amusement rides, industrial automation, hoisting machinery, construction, mining, metallurgy, port operations, textiles, shipbuilding, environmental protection, aerospace, and wind power generation.

Our products are distributed throughout China and exported to numerous countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, earning the widespread acclaim and recognition of our extensive user base.

Four point contact ball slewing bearings

Four point contact ball slewing bearings

The single row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of two seat rings. It has compact structure, light weight, and four-point contact between steel ball and arc raceway. It can bear axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. The construction machinery of rotary conveyor, welding manipulator, small and medium-sized crane and excavator can be selected.

Single row cross roller slewing bearing

Single row cross roller slewing bearing

The single row cross roller slewing bearing is composed of two seat rings. It has compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing accuracy, small assembly gap and high requirement for installation accuracy. Rollers are 1:1 cross-arranged. It can bear axial force, overturning moment and large radial force at the same time. It is widely used in lifting transportation, construction machinery and opto-electronicproducts.

Double row ball slewing bearing

Double row ball slewing bearing

The double row ball slewing bearing has three seat rings. The steel balls and isolators can be directly arranged into the upper and lower raceways. According to the stress conditions, the upper and lower rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged. This kind of open assembly is very convenient. The bearing angle of the upper and lower arc raceway is 75 degrees. It can bear a great deal of axial force and overturning moment. When the radial force is greater than 0.1 times the axial force, the raceway must be specially designed. The axial and radial dimensions of the double row ball slewing bearing are relatively large and the structure is fastened. It is especially suitable for handling tower cranes, truck cranes and other loading machines that require medium or above diameters

Three row roller slewing bearing

Three row roller slewing bearing

Three row roller slewing bearing have three seat rings, the upper and lower raceways and the radial raceways are separated, so that the load of each row of roller can be determined accurately. Being able to bear all kinds of loads at the same time, it is the largest one of the four structural products with large axial and radial dimensions and firm structure. It is especially suitable for heavy machinery requiring larger diameter, such as bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer, wheel crane, marine crane, port crane, ladle turret ,large tonnage truck crane and so on.

Double-Row Same-Diameter Ball Slewing Bearing

Double-Row Same-Diameter Ball Slewing Bearing

It features a three-row raceway structure in which the steel balls in both the upper and lower rows are of identical diameter. Thanks to this standardized configuration, it exhibits exceptional stability when subjected to alternating loads; the dual raceways collectively share the load, ensuring extremely high reliability. Its 75° contact angle enables it to withstand immense axial forces and overturning moments, while offering rotational smoothness superior to that of comparable products. Should the radial load exceed 10% of the axial load, the raceway design requires optimization. Although slightly larger in overall dimensions, its structure remains compact and robust, making it particularly well-suited for medium-to-large-scale heavy-duty equipment—such as tower cranes and port cranes—where high operational smoothness is a critical requirement.

Combined Ball-and-Roller Slewing Bearing

Combined Ball-and-Roller Slewing Bearing

It employs a three-row raceway structure, in which rollers bear immense axial loads, while steel balls provide precise guidance and absorb overturning moments. This division of labor doubles efficiency and yields a load-bearing capacity far exceeding that of purely ball-type designs, while also enabling the system to withstand extremely high radial loads. The structure is robust and shock-resistant; furthermore, through optimized arrangement, it achieves a compact axial profile. The design effectively mitigates wear caused by eccentric loading, thereby ensuring the maintenance of high precision and smooth rotation even under harsh operating conditions. This product is particularly well-suited for ultra-heavy-duty equipment such as bucket-wheel stacker-reclaimers, heavy-duty port cranes, large-tonnage crawler cranes, and Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs).
