Product Details

Our products feature an integral circular structure available in both internal and external tooth configurations. We manufacture units spanning φ50mm to φ6000mm in diameter, accommodating diverse industrial requirements.

Core Construction:

· Forged or rolled steel blank forming

· Precision CNC machining for tooth profiles

· Heat treatment for optimal hardness and toughness

· Final grinding to achieve specified tolerances

The manufacturing process begins with material selection—typically, 45# carbon steel is used for standard applications, while 42CrMo is chosen for higher quality requirements, and 20CrMnTi is used if surface hardening treatment is required. After rough machining, the components undergo controlled heat treatment to achieve the desired core strength while maintaining a surface hardness of 45-55 HRC.
